KYC Verification Process

When ko66 May Close an Account

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of registration using false information is found.
• If multiple accounts or bonus abuse is detected.
• On suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) will be subject to closure with prior notice.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, provided there are no ongoing disputes or investigations.
